More than just getting your hours, it’s about becoming the kind of therapist, and practice owner, you actually want to be
I believe this work should go beyond learning how to do therapy, but in how you think, how you practice, and how you grow into your role as a therapist.
So you’re not just gaining experience, you’re developing a way of working that feels aligned with who you are and the kind of career, and practice, you want to build.
It matters how I approach supervision, mentorship, and consultation
I’ve been a therapist for 15 years, and in private practice for nearly a decade and have built multiple practices supporting women of color and the perinatal population.
Over time, my work as a therapist has become more integrative, anti-oppressive, and liberation-focused—looking at the full picture of what’s happening for a client, not just what’s showing up in session.
That same approach carries into my supervision, where I support you in how you think about your clients and your work.
While I provide clinical supervision for licensure, my work also extends into mentorship and consultation supporting you in how you think, how you practice, how you build a career, and business, that fits who you are.
How does this sound?
You’ll learn how to trust your instincts, make decisions with more confidence, and develop a way of practicing that actually feels like you.
We’ll look at how you’re showing up in your work so you can create sustainable boundaries, self-care, and avoid overextending yourself.
Whether you’re still figuring it out or refining your direction, I’ll help you get clearer on who you want to work with and how you want to practice.
If this is your area of interest, I’ll support you in understanding the cultural, systemic, and lived experiences that shape this work—and how to show up skillfully within it.
We’ll go beyond surface-level understanding and help you think more clearly and deeply about your clients so you’re not second-guessing every decision.

Private Practice & Business Development
you don’t have to figure this out on your own
You don’t have to second-guess yourself, overthink every decision, or try to piece this together without support. It’s possible to get licensure, and graduation experience, feel more clear, confident, and grounded in your work, and to have guidance as you grow into the kind of therapist you want to be.
Yes—clinical supervision is available for therapists in Massachusetts working toward licensure. For therapists elsewhere, I offer consultation and mentorship rather than formal supervision.
faqs
I expect you to show up engaged, open to reflection, and willing to think more deeply about your work. This is a collaborative space, and growth often comes from being willing to explore, question, and be challenged.
Individual supervision is $150 per session for licensure seeking therapists, and $100 for students. Mentorship and Consultations will vary depending on type of service and length of service.
Yes. If you’re interested in private practice, I can support you in thinking through what that looks like, how to get started, and how to build something that aligns with your goals.
The first step is to contact me via the contact form. I'll email you back and we can schedule time to chat. We’ll talk through what’s been coming up for you, what kind of support you’re looking for, and how I can support you. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out; that's what I am here for.
I work with pre-licensed and early-career therapists, as well as students seeking internship placement. Many of the clinicians I work with are interested in working with women of color, maternal mental health, or developing a more integrative and holistic approach.
