you get to thrive as a woman and mother

Let's make your real life match the woman and mom you always knew you'd be

You’ve always been capable, self-aware, and able to figure things out. And now… nothing is working the same way.

You don’t want to keep just getting through the day.

You want mornings that don’t start with yelling before daycare or school drop-offs. Afternoons where you can actually focus instead of feeling like you're in a million different places. Evenings where you’re not so exhausted that you snap, shut down, or have nothing left for yourself or the people you love.

You want to feel like you can handle your life again.

That’s the kind of work we do together.

Our work together isn’t just talking, and giving you more routines, more mindset tools, or more things to keep up with.

Instead, our work focuses on:
• figuring out where your body and energy have been drained — and helping you actually rebuild what’s been depleted
• getting you out of that constant overwhelmed, on-edge state so you can be more intentional in how you respond to life
• helping you reconnect with yourself and redefine what you want motherhood and your life to look like now

This work is about giving you a place to recover and restore, feel regulated in your body, present in your relationships, and rooted in who you are as a woman and a mother, so you feel good about yourself, and your life, again.

A glimpse of what’s possible

Slow mornings, time in nature, feel-good music, reading, getting creative again, date nights with your partner, laughing with your kids, feeling strong in your body, dancing in the kitchen...

My work brings together a blend of disciplines, and my own praxis to maternal health for women of color. Because what you’re experiencing isn’t just emotional — it’s physical, neurological, spiritual, and also shaped by the systems you’re living inside.

This work is grounded in the lived experience of so many women of color, and min included Clients often tell me this is the first space where they feel understood... not judged, not rushed, not reduced to a diagnosis, and not given another list of things to fix.

A place where things finally make sense.

My Credentials

I bring over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and 15 years as a therapist, with my work consistently centered on supporting women of color.

I’ve built my practice supporting Black and brown women across a range of cultural identities and lived experiences.

Since 2021, I’ve focused working exclusively with mothers, deepening my training in postpartum, matrescence, and early motherhood. I’m also a mother myself, and I understand firsthand the experiences of motherhood.

It’s this combination of clinical experience, lived experience, and a deep commitment to seeing women well, whole, and sovereign that shapes the way I do this work.
