I see you, trying so hard

and Still Feeling Like It’s Not Enough

You’ve always pushed yourself to do your best—whether in your career, your personal life, or now, as a mom. Motherhood hasn’t changed that. In fact, it’s made you even more intentional about being the kind of mom you want to be.

you're in the right place

But no matter how hard you try, the pressure feels relentless.

You’re juggling it all—keeping up with daily responsibilities, nurturing your family, and trying to make sure you’re giving everyone your best. But most days, it feels like you’re falling behind. People tell you, ‘Stop trying to be perfect’ or ‘There’s no such thing as a perfect mom,’ but it’s not that simple for you.

Because for you, it’s not about perfection. It’s about making sure you’re doing right by everyone, and sometimes, that drive slips into perfectionism. And even then, it feels like it’s never enough.

When your perfectionism and high-achieving nature meet the overwhelming demands of everyday life, it’s easy to feel burnt out, overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious.

You’re thoughtful, driven, and you care deeply about being the best mom you can be—but the constant pressure is leaving you exhausted.

The good news? You don’t need to lower your standards to find peace. You need a way to honor them without burning out. Imagine feeling more ease in your day, more clarity in your mind, and more confidence in your role as a mom.

You deserve that, and together, we’ll figure out how to make it happen.

Motherhood can amplify the expectations you’ve always had for yourself—both from the world and within.

HERE'S WHAT I WANT YOU TO KNOW:

Ready to Feel More Ease in Your Life?

hello there.

I’m vanessa,
YOUR relatable mom-therapist

Not the social-media kind of relatable—the real-life perfectionist, overthinking, and high-achiever kind.

I know firsthand how perfectionism can fuel success but also lead to burnout and anxiety, especially for high-achievers navigating motherhood.

For years, I let my perfectionism drive me. It helped me succeed in my career, but when I became a mom, I realized it was also leaving me exhausted and feeling like I wasn’t doing enough. The pressure was overwhelming.

That’s when I learned something that changed everything: you don’t need to get rid of your perfectionism to feel confident. That's right...there’s a difference between unhealthy perfectionism that leads to burnout, stress, and anxiety, and healthy perfectionism that helps you thrive.

You just need to learn how to manage it. It’s not about overcoming who you are; there is nothing wrong with you—it’s about recognizing what is it about womanhood and motherhood that is fueling the burnout, anxiety, and stress, and learning how to make perfectionism work for you, not against you.

Now, I help other high-achieving, perfectionist moms like you do the same.

You Deserve More Than ‘Let Go’ Advice

You’ve been navigating the weight of high expectations—your own, and the ones that society places on moms. And while people might tell you to ‘let go’ of perfectionism, I know that’s not the solution. You deserve more than that.

What if instead of feeling crushed by the pressure, you could find a way to use your drive to create a motherhood experience that feels right for you? Imagine being able to take care of your family and yourself without feeling like you’re failing or falling behind.

This isn’t about overcoming who you are. It’s about freeing yourself from the unrealistic standards you’ve been conditioned to accept, and learning to thrive on your own terms.

I’m here to help you create a motherhood that feels authentic to you—where your high standards support you rather than overwhelm you. It's possible for you to feel more present, less stressed, and more in tune with the kind of mom you want to be.
